Categories involved: identifiers — IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers; internet activity — browsing on this site, referrers, timing; and contact details, but only if you volunteered them. These come from your device directly and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are engaged.

Sharing Practices

Personal information is not sold for money by Planvelocity. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.

Your Options

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to obtain a portable copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. In states that provide it, you may also appeal a decision to decline a request. We will not discriminate against you for making any of these requests.

How to Ask

The address for requests is hello@planvelocity.com. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
