Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-15
In effect from: Aug 15, 2026
You may have the right, under the CCPA/CPRA in California or an equivalent statute in another US state, to opt out of having your personal information sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page tells you how.
What the Terms Mean Here
To be precise about what is and is not happening: Planvelocity does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, where advertising is displayed on planvelocity.com, advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners, and state law may classify that as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. We therefore make the opt-out available rather than rely on a narrow reading. This applies to everyone reading our coverage of Planvelocity on planvelocity.com, whether or not you have ever subscribed or commented.
Afterwards
Once opted out, we stop sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners. Advertising itself may continue in generic form. There is no penalty of any kind: the site is not degraded, restricted, or priced differently for readers who opt out.
How to Exercise This Right
Easiest first: switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser settings or via an extension — it is detected and honoured on every page load, automatically. Failing that, use the cookie banner where shown, or email hello@planvelocity.com, subject line ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We never require an account to process an opt-out.
For the wider set of state-law rights — access, correction, deletion, portability — see the State Privacy Notice.
